Delivery time

In our store, each product is handmade to order, which means that we do not keep ready-made products in stock.

The current order processing time is up to 14 business days. During periods such as holidays, promotions, or periods of increased order volume, the order processing time may be extended to 18 business days.

The order processing time is counted from the moment the payment is authorized. If the customer chooses to pay by bank transfer or credit card, the order processing time is counted from the date the payment is credited to the seller's bank account.

POLAND

The delivery time by the carrier, which is usually 1-2 business days, should be added to the order processing time.

Deliveries are made via inPost.

Deliveries are also made throughout Europe.
