Do you ship to my EU country?
Yes — we deliver across most EU countries. If your destination is missing in the table, contact us and we’ll quote it for you.
What parcel size and weight are the prices based on?
Prices shown are for a 25 × 20 × 8 cm, 1 kg parcel sent via door-to-door courier. Final cost may vary with size/weight changes or optional services (e.g., insurance).
How long does delivery take?
Typical transit time is 2–7 business days depending on the country and carrier. The estimate in the table counts from dispatch. Our products are handmade — the current production/processing time is shown on each product page and in the cart.
How is the shipping cost calculated?
Checkout calculates the final rate based on destination, parcel size/weight and any zone/island or fuel surcharges required by carriers. If your order is large or bulky, we may propose a consolidated rate.
Do you ship to England / the United Kingdom?
Yes. UK shipments are delivered door-to-door. As the UK is outside the EU, orders are shipped on a DDU/DAP basis — the recipient is responsible for any local VAT, duties and customs clearance fees.
Will I pay VAT inside the EU?
Consumer orders shipped within the EU generally include VAT as shown at checkout. Business customers should enter valid company details/VAT number to see the correct tax treatment.
Can I track my parcel?
Absolutely. We send a tracking link by email when your order is dispatched. You can follow the shipment status until delivery.
My parcel arrived damaged — what should I do?
Report the issue to the courier on delivery (if possible, write a damage note) and contact us within 48 hours with photos of the packaging and product. If you added shipping insurance, we will help file a claim with the carrier.
Do you offer pickup point deliveries?
Our default is home delivery. If you prefer a pickup point available in your country, contact us before checkout and we’ll confirm options for your address.
Which products ship fastest?
Ready-to-ship items (e.g., selected waterproof PawTex® leashes and ready-made collars) usually dispatch quicker. Custom sizes and made-to-order handmade dog accessories may require extra processing time.
