Terms and Conditions of the Bueno DOG online store:
§ 1. General provisions
The Bueno DOG online store is operated by Weronika Michalska, with its registered office at ul. Dmowskiego 17d/5, 50-203 Wrocław, NIP: 8982303691, e-mail: bueno.dog.accessories@gmail.com, and available at www.buenodog.pl.
These terms and conditions set out the rules for making purchases in the “Bueno DOG” online store.
The store owner reserves the right to change the terms and conditions at any time, which does not affect orders placed earlier.
§ 2. Placing an order
Orders can be placed using the order form available on the store's website.
After placing an order, the customer receives confirmation of its acceptance at the e-mail address provided.
The sales contract is concluded when the customer receives confirmation of the order acceptance.
If the order cannot be fulfilled, the customer will be notified of this fact immediately after placing the order.
§ 3. Prices and payments
All prices listed on the store's website are gross prices and include VAT.
Delivery costs are specified during the ordering process and are included in the total amount to be paid.
Payment for the order can be made by bank transfer to the specified bank account or by other available payment methods.
Orders are processed after receipt of the full amount of payment to the store's account or after positive authorization of online payment.
The entity providing online payment services for card payments is Autopay S.A.

§ 4. Delivery
The order fulfillment date and delivery costs depend on the selected delivery method and destination.
The store makes every effort to ensure that the order is delivered within the specified time, but is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier.
The customer is obliged to check the shipment upon receipt. If the packaging is damaged, a damage report must be drawn up with the courier.
§ 5. Returns and warranty claims
Returns without cause are only accepted for non-personalized products from the “Ready-made” tab. Other goods are made to individual order and are non-manufacturable products.
In the event of non-compliance of the goods with the contract, the Customer has the right to complain about the goods.
Information about filing a complaint should be sent to the following e-mail address: sklep@buenodog.pl.
The goods must be returned intact, in their original packaging, complete and without signs of use.
The costs of returning the goods are borne by the customer.
The store is liable to the customer under the warranty law, regulated by the Civil Code of April 23, 1964 (Journal of Laws No. 16, item 93, as amended) for a period of 24 months.
The store shall consider complaints within 14 days of their submission and inform the customer of the actions taken.
If it is necessary to refund the funds for a transaction made by the customer with a payment card, the seller shall refund the amount to the bank account assigned to the customer's payment card.
§ 6. Personal data protection
The administrator of personal data provided by the store's customers is Weronika Michalska.
Personal data is processed solely for the purpose of order fulfillment and for marketing purposes, in accordance with applicable law.
Customers have the right to access their personal data, correct it, and request its removal from the database.
Detailed information on the protection of personal data can be found in the Privacy Policy available on the store's website.
§ 7. Final provisions
Any disputes arising from the performance of the sales contract shall be settled by the competent common court in accordance with the provisions of applicable Polish law.
In matters not covered by these regulations, the provisions of the Civil Code and other applicable laws shall apply.
These regulations shall enter into force on the date of their publication on the store's website.
