Personalized Dog Name Plate

Personalized Dog Name Plate — a lightweight, durable tag handmade in our workshop in Wrocław, Poland. Each plate is made to order with your chosen colors and your dog's name, so no two are exactly alike.

Available in two sizes: small (3 × 10 cm) with your dog's name only, and large (5 × 12 cm) where you can also include owner contact details such as a phone number. The large version is especially useful for airline travel, when your dog's carrier goes into the cargo hold and you need clear identification on the outside.
